Red Box Karaoke is one of the most popular lines of Karaoke bars in Asia. In the early 1990s the organization started to work exclusively in Hong Kong developing an original musical experience. Opening its first venue in Malaysia 1999, Red Box has continued to reinvent the Karaoke event.

The layout of Red Box Karaoke bars is also designed with the singing star in mind. There are 40 different rooms available, each built for a different purpose or group. You’ll find the perfect place for your large get-together or your small group of friends. Your performances can be as private or public as you want! Some of the more elaborate rooms feature large flat screen TVs and surround sound.
The venue also hosts in house competitions and can put together theme nights and PR campaigns.
Catering to the Performer
After you’ve found a room for the show, Red Box makes sure that all its performers are happy. It’s incredibly easy to use the technology and songs are delivered to your screen in a split second. Other Karaoke bars take up to ten seconds to download the songs to your screen.
How much you spend at Red Box depends on what you want to do and the time of day that you get there. Rooms can be used for free during the afternoon if you order a lunch meal from the restaurant. The fees for the rooms later in the evening depend on what time it is but it often includes two free drinks.
As Red Box becomes more popular internationally it’s becoming more difficult to get a room. If you’re looking to go over the weekend you’ll have to book in advance. It’s well worth the effort, though, as Red Box Karaoke continues to offer innovative entertainment and great food.
